St. Joseph's School, Jnana Jyothi, Anekal, successfully conducted its Investiture Ceremony 2026–27 on 6th July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the school quadrangle. The ceremony marked the official induction of the newly elected student leaders, who pledged to uphold the values and responsibilities entrusted to them.

The programme was graced by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Komala, CRP, Anekal Town, along with our respected President, Fr. Shantharaj Thomas SJ: Director, Fr. Santhosh Fernandes SJ: Headmistress, Sr. Dhayavumary: teachers, and students.

The ceremony began with a prayer and a warm welcome to the dignitaries. The newly elected School Cabinet members proudly received their badges and took the oath of office, promising to serve the school with sincerity, honesty, discipline, and dedication.

In his inspiring address, Fr. Santhosh Fernandes SJ, Director, emphasized that a true leader leads by example. He encouraged the student leaders to be responsible, humble, and compassionate. He reminded them that leadership is not about authority but about serving others, making wise decisions, respecting everyone, and inspiring fellow students through their actions.

The Chief Guest, Mrs. Komala, motivated the students with her valuable message on leadership and character. She encouraged every student, especially the newly elected leaders, to be confident, disciplined, and committed to their responsibilities. She highlighted the importance of teamwork, responsibility, honesty, and perseverance, and inspired students to become role models both inside and outside the school.

In his address, Fr. Shantharaj Thomas SJ, President, interacted with the students by asking them about their favourite sports and players. He explained that just as every successful sports team selects the right players, trusts one another, follows discipline, and works together towards a common goal, a good leader must also unite the team, appreciate every member's strengths, and guide them with fairness and commitment. His engaging examples helped students understand the true meaning of teamwork and leadership.

The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the dignitaries, management, staff, parents, and students for making the event memorable. The Investiture Ceremony inspired all students to become responsible citizens and dedicated leaders who will uphold the values and traditions of St. Joseph's School, Jnana Jyothi, Anekal.
