St. Joseph's School celebrated Constitution Day (संविधान दिवस) on November 26, 2025, with great enthusiasm. The event began with a floral tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, led by our Director, Fr Santosh Fernandes SJ , and the Headmistress Sr Dhaya.

The Director delivered an insightful speech on the significance of the Indian Constitution. He highlighed the pivotal role of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in framing the Constitution, the meticulous effort of 2 years, 11 months, and 18 days that went into its creation and an overview of the Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Constitution, emphasizing equality before the law, importance of women’s education, and provisions for upliftment of weaker sections and marginalized communities, promoting equity for all genders and social strata.

A fifth-grade student delivered a compelling speech on the Constitution of India. Additionally, a UKG and an LKG student were dressed as Dr. Ambedkar, adding to the festive spirit. Post-celebration, group photos were taken with students from Pre-KG to 5th Grade and their class teachers.The celebration successfully fostered awareness and appreciation of India’s constitutional heritage among the students.
