St Joseph’s School celebrated the Festival of Lights with great joy and enthusiasm. The celebration began with the lighting of the lamps, symbolising the victory of light over darkness. This was followed by an inspiring message from the Director, who highlighted how light represents courage, growth, and inner strength.

The Headmistress addressed the gathering and explained the significance of Diwali, detailing the traditions of the five-day festival. She encouraged students to imbibe Diwali’s values of harmony, gratitude, and positive living.

Adding colour and creativity to the celebration, Teacher’s prepared attractive Diwali hanging lamps and an eye-catching banana stem display decorated with diyas, enhancing the festive atmosphere.

The programme concluded with sparkling firecrackers, filling the campus with excitement and joy, and creating beautiful memories for everyone present.

It was truly a meaningful and delightful celebration for the entire school community.
